Delete your FitLink Duo account

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open FitLink Duo and go to the Me tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”.
3. Confirm, and your account and data are deleted right away.

If you can't sign in to the app

Email contact@fitlinkduo.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete account”, and tell us how you sign in (email, Google, or LINE). After verifying it's you, we'll delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

Your profile, photos, verification selfie, matches and chat messages, Duo and workout photo records, points and virtual items, block and report records, AI conversations, and push notification settings.

What we keep

To prevent the same purchase from being redeemed twice, purchase transaction IDs are kept (without your name or other directly identifying details). Payment records kept by Apple or Google under their own policies are outside our control. Backups are automatically overwritten after a period of time.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. If you have one, cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
